I am a blogger, speaker and accomplished business executive. I help business leaders grow their business, leapfrog the competition, and build stronger relationships with their customers. I do this so you can enjoy life again.
Who my blog can help
I launched this blog when I noticed that most business owners struggle to grow their business. More importantly they really, really struggle to have any free time in their lives. I’ve worked in small (9 employee) to large (44,000 employee) businesses and wanted to share the practical examples that I have learned over the years.
My goal is to create practical, relevant content that you can put to work in your personal and professional life. If you feel overwhelmed with running your business, then this blog is for you.
What I blog about
I help business leaders enjoy their business again. I’m not going to offer you any magic bullets to solve all of your problems. Instead, I will offer you proven tried and true methods to simplify what you do each day in order to deliver exceptional results. Below are some of the topics that I will be writing about:
- Simplifying how you run your business each day
- Simplifying technology in your business
- Tools that you can use today
- Practical solutions that can be used over and over again
I am currently the Vice President of Unified Communications at financial firm and the former Chief Technology Officer for Spirit Communications. I have also started my own business, Bogan Enterprise LLC, in order to handle the backend requirements for WayneBogan.com. I have worked in technology most of my career. In each of the positions I’ve held, I moved to each new position in order to solve someone’s problem. Now I want to do the same for you.
